2. How to raise a complaint
- Online: use the contact form and choose “Complaint (grievance)”. You get a reference number straight away.
- Email: grievance@kliniq.in

Please include your name and contact details, your clinic's web address if you have one, what happened and when, and what you would like us to do. Do not send patients' medical details by email.
3. What happens next

4. If you are a patient
For complaints about your care, a booking, a payment to a clinic, or how a clinic uses your data, contact the clinic first. Its contact for questions and complaints is shown on its booking page. It is responsible for your data under the DPDP Act. If you cannot reach the clinic, write to us with the clinic's name and we will pass on your complaint and follow it up.
5. If you are not satisfied
- For complaints about personal data, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India after using our grievance process (section 13 of the DPDP Act, 2023).
- Consumers may also contact the National Consumer Helpline (1915 or consumerhelpline.gov.in) or a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
- Disputes with clinics that subscribe to Kliniq are resolved as our Terms of Service describe.
6. Reporting a security issue
If you find a security vulnerability, email security@kliniq.in with the details. Do not access or change other people's data while testing. We acknowledge reports within 24 hours and will not take legal action against good-faith research that follows these rules.
